Bhadradri Kothagudem district is a district in the eastern region of the Indian state of Telangana. The town of Kothagudem is the district headquarters. It was a part of the Khammam district prior to the re-organisation of districts in the state.

Following is the official map of Kothagudem district in Telangana state. The new district (Kothagudem) has been carved out from the existing Khammam district. The district headquarter is Kothagudem and Bhadrachalam will be the major town in the new district.
