Ctelangana

Sangareddy (formerly Sangareddypeta) is the district headquarters of the Sangareddy district in the Indian state ofTelangana. It was named after the ruler Sanga, who was the son of Rani Shankaramba, a ruler of Medak during the period of Nizams.

Following is the Sangareddy district map as released by the Government of Telangana. Sangareddy district is carved out from Medak district. The major towns in Sanga reddy district include Narayankhed, Andole, Narsapur, Patancheru, Sanga Reddy and Zahirabad. New mandals also set up as part of the formation of new Sanga Reddy district in Telangana.
